Great residential complex, Ukraine

Despite the military situation in Ukraine, construction of the GREAT residential complex in Kyiv is continuing. The large residential complex consists of thirteen buildings, each with 26 floors, and is referred to as a ‘city within a city’ on the former industrial site.

So far, six buildings in the complex have been put into operation. The city administration plans to convert the industrial area into a residential area with its own infrastructure by 2037. HERZ Ukraine was responsible for the hydronic balancing of the flats and has supplied numerous HERZ balancing valves as well as differential pressure controllers, thermostatic heads and thermostatic valves to date.
