HERZ Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Anyone who installs heating systems knows the problem: fluctuations in the hot or cold water supply can disrupt the desired temperature. This is exactly where the HERZ Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) shows its strength. It ensures stable mixed water temperatures, whether the heating system is ramping up or the cold water briefly fluctuates – precision you can rely on.

The HERZ TMV can be easily integrated into existing systems and is resistant to pressure fluctuations in the pipe network. The core of the HERZ TMV is its ability to precisely control the supply temperature of the heating water. Whether it’s a cooling circuit requiring exact temperature adjustments, a radiant floor heating system with low, even temperatures, or a radiator demanding higher supply temperatures—each application has different requirements. The HERZ TMV covers adjustment ranges from 10 °C to 70 °C, delivering precise and reliable mixed water temperatures in all cases. This increases system efficiency while ensuring comfort and safety.

HERZ emphasizes continuous quality control during production, making the HERZ TMV durable, low-maintenance, and robust. For installers, this means less recalibration and systems that operate reliably over the long term. Made from high-quality brass, the product guarantees longevity and corrosion resistance. The integrated over-temperature protection automatically stops the hot water flow if the cold water supply fails, reliably preventing critical temperatures.

A special advantage is the tamper protection: once set, the temperature remains fixed and can only be adjusted by authorized personnel. Accidental changes are thus prevented, increasing operational safety—especially in sensitive applications such as public buildings or multi-family homes.

Depending on the system layout, the HERZ TMV can be installed horizontally or vertically, offering maximum flexibility for the installer.
