In the north of Bucharest, work is continuing at full speed on the completion of the Avalon Estate complex. This complex, which impresses with a restaurant reserved for residents, bars, fitness rooms, a pool, green and promenade areas and a kindergarten, is designed like a small town and offers 746 new apartments. HERZ Romania is supporting the project with, among other things, STRÖMAX balancing valves and the complete panel heating package. Numerous HERZ stainless steel manifolds, which were specially developed for the requirements of modern panel heating systems, were used together with HERZ-LINE pipes and HERZ tacker plates including all accessories.
