Deira City Centre in Dubai is one of the first shopping centres in the city. In order to switch to an efficient cooling supply and save costs, the entire system was modernised. The renovation work was carried out at night so as not to disrupt ongoing operations.
The focus was on switching from a static system to a dynamically controlled system. Numerous flanged and screwed HERZ products were utilised to this project. The favourite of all efficient cooling systems, HerzCON, was also used in Dubai. Among other things, HERZ balancing valves in combination with HERZ differential pressure controllers were responsible for the hydraulic balancing.
