In Bratislava, the young capital on the Danube, a new business center called THE MILL has been opened, with 25,700 m² of rental space on 16 floors and around 400 underground parking spaces. The project has already won several awards, including the highly regarded Slovakian “Building of the Year 2024” award in the building category. HERZ PIPEFIX composite pipes, press fittings, plastic pipe connections, and circuit regulating valves for differential pressure measurement from the STRÖMAX-GM and GMF series were installed for the heating, drinking water, and hot water systems. The HERZ components used are characterised by simple installation, long service life, and operational reliability – important factors for a project of this size.
