Multifunctional, is how the PICV from HERZ positions itself: regulating valve, control valve, an isolation valve and an internal differential pressure regulator. The HERZ PICV is used in pump-operated heating and cooling systems and enables systems to be operated with a high degree of efficiency in all ranges. Modern controls in particular achieve the required room temperatures very precisely, although the result is often related to changing flow rates and pressures in the system. The PICV by HERZ automatically limits the volume flow by regulating the pressure fluctuations and thus supplies all system parts with the amount of energy required at that particular time.

PICV SMART

The main feature is the internal pressure equalization impulse line and the compact design. The models of the 4006/4206 M SMART and 4006/4206 R SMART series are optionally available with or without measuring valves and with various connections (external thread, or female threaded ends). The variety of types extends from DN 15LF (low flow) to DN 20HF (high flow) with a flow range from 20 l/h to 1750 l/h. The integrated control insert is used for modular control via an actuator. Due to the pressure relief design, only small actuating forces of a few kilograms or Newtons are required even with high differential pressures.

The HERZ combination valve volume flow controller - series 4006/4206 M and 4006/4206 R

The models of the 4006/4206 M and 4006/4206 R series are optionally available with or without measuring valves and with different connections (external thread, or female threaded ends). The flow rates range from 40 l/h for DN 15 to 5000 l/h for the DN 50 version. The integrated control insert is used for modular control via an actuator. F4006 PICV from HERZ

With its extensive product range, the F4006 series offers the right dimension for every project: from the big "small ones" in DN 50 and DN 65 to DN 80, DN 100, DN 120, DN 150 and DN 200 (standard flow, high flow, ultra high flow) up to DN 250 HF (high flow), the areas of application can be found primarily in the cooling area, in district heating and heat transfer stations as well as in the entire HVAC area in buildings of various sizes. All control valves can be combined with 2-point, 3-point or continuous actuators.

HerzCON - the innovative direct connection

The HerzCON was specially designed for simple connection to Fan Coil units or other heating and cooling devices - The complete system unit is built around the HERZ 4006 SMART PICV and consists of a multifunctional ball valve bypass unit and drain valve. The new type DN 20HF enables a flow rate of 350-1750 l / h, almost as high as the dimension DN 25. The HerzCON can be equipped with different types of actuators, which means that every type of control can be used - from room thermostats to building management systems.
