Atasehir Modern, Turkey

Istanbul is the only city in the world that connects two continents: Europe and Asia. In the Asian part, in the province of Atasehir, a new residential complex with 979 flats was built. The flats are equipped with surface heating systems in which numerous HERZ stainless steel manifolds were used.

In order to ensure that every resident in the skyscrapers receives the required heat supply, hydronic balancing is of great importance in this residential complex. To ensure this, HERZ Turkey supplied the perfect duo: HERZ differential pressure controllers in combination with STRÖMAX-GN balancing valves. The flats were also equipped with HERZ actuators and electronic room thermostats.
